The Faerie Shop uses Australia Post, and postage and handling within Australia is calculated using an Australia Post freight calculator that takes into account the size and weight of the item(s). You will be able to see the freight charged prior to entering your credit card details. You can also estimate the freight yourself using the Australia Post freight calculator (click here)(Please note the lodgement postcode is 7000). If all items are in stock, we aim to ship your order on the next business day, unless a different shipping time is otherwise stated on the item page. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days.
Delivery during Christmas, sale periods and for special promotions may take up to two weeks. International orders may take longer.
If, for some reason an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone and advised within 2 days. If your order will take much longer than 7-10 working days, or the time stated on the item page for delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email. International Delivery
Orders for delivery outside Australia are sent by air mail and are charged per item. Please send us your order by email (do not include credit card details) and we will provide you with a quote for postage.
Delivery Damage
